Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work:

What led you to become a Doula?: I have always had a passion for helping women and their families during labor and delivery. After deciding nursing wasn’t quite the right path for me, it didn’t take long to realize that working as a doula was exactly what I needed to do.

What are some positive comments made about you by other people?:

I have been told that I am selfless and that I always put others needs before my own. I’ve also been told that I am incredibly loyal and will stand up for anyone when they need me to. I am kind, gentle, empathetic, encouraging, understanding, and a great listener. These are the qualities which make me able to be a good doula. These qualities are what women and their families need during the whole labor and delivery process.
