Meet Your ProDoula

Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: Family, friends and sometimes even random people have always approached me for advice and information. I am also a mother of three and having had both hospital and home births, I have experienced different kinds of birthing scenarios myself which, along with my training, enables me to offer true support and information about pregnancy and birth.

What led you to become a Doula?: All of my three birth experiences were very different. My first birth and second birth were in the hospital setting and my third birth was at home. After my second birth ended very traumatic for me, my partner and our son, I did what I do best when I need information but don't know what the answer is: I started random researches. I came across Doula work and knew that this is what I want to do - provide families with the support they need.
