Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: In addition to being a certified birth doula and birth photographer, I am a trained lactation support person and babywearing educator.
What led you to become a Doula?: I attended my first birth when I was 11 years old. Once I became pregnant with my first child, I became fascinated with all the information available surrounding pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding.
What are some positive comments made about you by other people?:
People tell me I am a calming presence and energy in the birth space. People say that I am warm, kind, and nurturing.
