Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I am a Corrective Health Exercise Kinesiology Practitioner, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Reiki Practitioner and mother of 3.
What led you to become a Doula?: When I was a teen I met a lady who was a Doula and the second she explained to me what that meant, I wanted to provide the same service for people. I have always had a love for caring for babies, and a wonder for labouring moms. After birthing my own children and experiencing how very different each birth could be I made the decision to become certified by ProDoula.
What are some positive comments made about you by other people?:
People say that I am extremely empathetic, sympathetic, and compassionate. They have commented that I have the ability to empower them, without judgement and support them in their vision. They have also stated that I am patient, and knowledgeable about the human body.
