People often say I am hard-working, goal oriented, nurturing, and easy to talk to.
What are your favorite pregnancy/parenting resources?: A favorite of mine right now is The VBAC Link podcast. It is so inspirational and informative for pregnant women.
What thoughts come to mind when you see a pregnant woman or brand new mom?: “Welcome to the best ride of your life!”. I hope they are enjoying this experience and have the support they need. We all need support during this phase of life.
What is the best gift you can give a new mom (as a Doula)?: Nonjudgmental support whenever they need it.
What is your favorite TV show or movie?: The Office
What is your favorite place to vacation?: Anywhere sunny, hot, and all inclusive
What is your favorite food?: I’m not very picky but lately I’ve been loving anything with shrimp in it!
What is your favorite way to spend a day off?: Spending the day with my family sleeping in (if my son lets me), hanging out in pajamas, then doing something fun in the afternoon like going to the park.
Who lives in your house?: My husband, our son, and our pug.
