Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: Compassionate, Holistic, Integrity are a few words to describe "Your Divine Doula" Chi (Like The Tea). Chi brings to the birth space love, joy, and peace which are the pillars that her practice was built on. She also combines her holistic wellness, coaching, and music therapy background to create a unique experience for her clients. Chi has over 23 years of combined community health, women's advocacy, and lifestyle transformation experience. Her mission remains the same, to "break cycles and transform lives."
What led you to become a Doula?: My grandson being born in 2021. As a result of the complication my daughter had during her postpartum period, I was able to pull on my holistic background to save her life and support her the first year of my grandsons life.
