Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I have an Associates of Exercise Science that I use for personal training, yoga and nutrition assistance.
What led you to become a Doula?: I have years of experience as a preschool teacher and nanny. This led me to postpartum doula work, and there I discovered birth work. I love to support a family through each life stage.
What are some positive comments made about you by other people?:
I am told that I go above and beyond for clients, that I have a way with getting babies to stay asleep and take bottles, and that I have a very calm demeanor during births, providing the family with confidence and faith in themselves and uniting the birthing team as one.
