Meet Your ProDoula

Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I have over a decade of experience as a Birth and Postpartum Doula and have worked with over 300 families during that time. Additionally, I am a Certified Placenta Services Specialist and Certified Lactation Counselor. As a proud mother myself, I am a fierce advocate for women, committed to providing holistic and strengths-based support to my clients. I believe that my rich background and training, coupled with my deep commitment to supporting women during pregnancy and motherhood, enables them to achieve the unique birth experience they envision.

What led you to become a Doula?: I initially worked in the healthcare industry, until my passion for empowering women inspired me to become a doula. I had the opportunity to be present while my friend gave birth and felt the significant impact that access to continuous emotional and physical support had on her experience.

What are some positive comments made about you by other people?:

I have been told that I am a combination of trust, safety, compassion, and an abundance of enthusiasm. I bring a calming nature, a warm sense of humor, vast experience, and professionalism to my work, leading to an elevated doula experience for each family.
