Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stony Brook University
What led you to become a Doula?: For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated by pregnancy and childbirth. When I was completing my undergraduate degree in Psychology, I took a Developmental psychology class as well as a Sociology of Human Reproduction class that solidified my passion and interest in birth work --

What thoughts come to mind when you see a pregnant woman or brand new mom?: They are so strong and incredible-- and I feel gratitude for them bringing a new life onto this earth.

What is your favorite place to vacation?: Bali and Costa Rica
What is your favorite food?: Strawberries, banana bread muffins
What is your favorite way to spend a day off?: At the beach with friends, getting lost in a good book, or on a hike.
