Meet Your ProDoula

Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I have been a Reiki Master and Intuitive Energy worker for nearly two decades. Assisting birthing people and infants has long been part of that work, helping to facilitate a deep sense of peace, comfort, balance, and more within body, mind, and Spirit. In addition, my own motherhood journey began 17 years ago, giving me an intimate knowledge of what bringing a new baby into the home can mean--both as a first time parent, and as a parent to multiple children of varying ages.

What led you to become a Doula?: I've been interested in birth work long before becoming a mother myself. There is a magic that surrounds bringing new life into the world! After birthing my children I was even more interested in being an advocate and source of support for people as they prepared and expanded their families. Birthing people and adopting parents need and deserve support, encouragement, and assistance from well informed, compassionate, non-judgmental folks. This is one of my passions in this life!
