Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I am mom of two and wife to one. I am also a chaplain and have spent the last 20 years supporting people through life’s many rites of passage. I have an intuitive ability to meet people where they are, and assist them in moving to a place of empowerment.
What led you to become a Doula?: I have always been drawn to support expecting and new mothers. This was my calling before I even knew there was a career in doula work.

She was all the love and caring you could find in a best friend, sister, and mom all rolled into one. As soon as you meet Jill, you feel like you have known her your whole life.

What thoughts come to mind when you see a pregnant woman or brand new mom?: I hope she is being treated like a goddess.
What is the best gift you can give a new mom (as a Doula)?: If I could give every woman one gift, it would be to make decisions based in wisdom instead of fear.
What is your favorite TV show or movie?: Anything sci-fi, or forensic
What is your favorite place to vacation?: Smoky Mountains National Park or the Caribbean

What is your favorite way to spend a day off?: Relaxing
Who lives in your house?: My husband, son, daughter & sometimes my mom.
