Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: Having three children of my own in three different environments. Caring for vulnerable people in a medical setting as well as a mental health facility.
What led you to become a Doula?: I have been interested in hearing people’s birth stories every since I was a kid. I was always so curious about all the ways someone could have a baby and I knew I needed to support these people.
What are some positive comments made about you by other people?:
I hold boundaries well and I know when it is appropriate to be vulnerable. It takes a lot to break me and when I am passionate about something I’m not going to stop until I meet my goal.
