Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: My background in social work expanded my skill set to help support women no matter the circumstance.
What led you to become a Doula?: Both the witnessing of my nephew's birth at age 15, and my own personal journey with stage 4 endometriosis and infertility.

What are your favorite pregnancy/parenting resources?: Dr. Harvey Karp's 5 S's, babywearing, and yoga with Adrienne.
What thoughts come to mind when you see a pregnant woman or brand new mom?: An overwhelming amount of gratitude for the family and mother.
What is the best gift you can give a new mom (as a Doula)?: Empowerment and reassurance of their unique abilities and strengths.
What is your favorite TV show or movie?: Hard to pick one favorite, but I love Her, Chopped, and Rick and Morty.
What is your favorite place to vacation?: Anywhere! I love to travel, and experience anything and everything!
What is your favorite food?: As of right now, I am on a pho kick. I am always down though for a good cawfish boil.
What is your favorite way to spend a day off?: Knitting, reading, taking a walk with my partner, eating a big meal, and swimming! I love to be outside, moving my body, or in deep relaxation mode curled up on the couch.
Who lives in your house?: My partner Wes, and our 3 rats Supten, Stencil, and Borge.
