What led you to become a Doula?: I became interested in birth work after becoming pregnant with my daughter. Once I gave birth to her, and personally experienced the benefits of having a doula, I knew it was what I wanted to do.

What thoughts come to mind when you see a pregnant woman or brand new mom?: I instantly think of the transformative journey taking place. There is a whole lifetime of memories that are waiting to be experienced.
What is the best gift you can give a new mom (as a Doula)?: My complete attention and unbiased, non-judgmental support.
What is your favorite TV show or movie?: Blindspot or Grey's Anatomy
What is your favorite place to vacation?: Our family lake cabin. It's a log cabin in Northeast Washington where I can escape and recharge!
What is your favorite food?: Seafood fettuccine or ice cream. I could seriously live on ice cream.
What is your favorite way to spend a day off?: With my husband, daughter and yellow lab at the beach.
Who lives in your house?: My husband, daughter, our yellow lab and myself.
