Meet Your ProDoula

Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I have always been the go-to person for those around me with questions regarding birth and infant care. I have had the opportunity to be a labor doula for multiple women as they go through their pregnancy and birthing experiences.

What led you to become a Doula?: Birth, in itself, has always been very interesting to me, but I became committed to a career in birth work after I had my first daughter via unnecessary cesarean as a result of not having proper support available to me as I labored. I decided shortly after my experience that I wanted to be the support for others that I wish I would have had.

What are some positive comments made about you by other people?:

I have been told that I am loyal, compassionate, and kind-hearted.
