Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: Offering support to women in pregnancy though encouragement and foot rubs!
What led you to become a Doula?: I have been interested in birth since I was a little girl. I have always been fascinated by the process of labor and babies coming into this world. After the birth of my first child, I saw how truly remarkable my own body was as a woman to carry and deliver a child and I have been forever changed by it. I think that labor and birth can be such an empowering experience and it is truly all left up to our mindset about it. You are powerful and beautiful and doing the most precious thing a human can do, grow and birth another person.
