What led you to become a Doula?: I had a doula for the birth of my daughter and loved the experience. I decided that I wanted to provide the same care for other women but put it on my laundry list of things to do. So when my friend asked me to be her doula 5 years after I gave birth I found Pro Doula and got trained.

What are some positive comments made about you by other people?:

I was told by a woman that her labor was so hard and that I really helped her get through a difficult time. One mom didn’t think should could nurse her baby but with daily visits and phone check-ins she was able to nurse her baby.
