Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I hold my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development and my Master’s Degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology. I have specialized in therapy services in working with antepartum and postpartum mothers and their families.
What led you to become a Doula?: I had a friend who experienced an extremely traumatic birth and she said it was made worse because she felt so forced and unsupported. I began looking into what role could help women in that situation and found doula work.

What is the best gift you can give a new mom (as a Doula)?: The confidence and compassion she needs to make the decisions she feels are best for her situation

What is your favorite place to vacation?: Disney World, we went every year as a family when I was younger and I worked there for 3 years in college.
What is your favorite food?: Anything that has pasta
What is your favorite way to spend a day off?: Hanging out with my husband and son, we love to go to fairs, festivals, and parks!
