Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: Raven started her Doula journey in 2021.She is a ProDoula certified Labor and Postpartum and Infant Care doula . In 2022 she became a Postpartum Placenta Specialist and works as placenta encapsulator in this role. Raven's passion for doula support started during her own birth journey when she saw a need for more unbiased, non-judgmental support in the birth and postpartum world.
What led you to become a Doula?: I became interested in becoming a birth professional in 2018. I felt a calling to help woman bridge the gap between their medical providers and themselves. Wanting to support and empower women during the beautiful journey of motherhood.
