Meet Your ProDoula

Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I have been a licensed social worker for over eight years, working primarily with children and families. I have two young children of my own and had complicated postpartum and breastfeeding journeys. I am obsessed with all things birth and breastfeeding!

What led you to become a Doula?: After struggling with breastfeeding myself, I started the journey to become an IBCLC. Along the way, I fell into all other types of birth work, because I am so passionate about pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I realized the lack of support for new families, especially in my rural area and wanted to provide those much needed services!
