Meet Your ProDoula

Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I have a long history of providing compassionate care to both people and animals in the veterinary field. After becoming a mother myself, I felt my empathy and knowledge would be put to better use working with new families.

What led you to become a Doula?: After the births of my children, I recognized the need to support all women during the birth and postpartum period - and really the lack of built-in support that most of us face. I decided it was time to use my passion and skills to help benefit other families. I really believe that raising a family takes a village, and I want to be part of your new village.

What are some positive comments made about you by other people?:

That I am self-motivated, empathetic, and a caring person and mother.
