Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: PreSchool Teacher 6wks- 5yr. I also have had the honor of being active support in several labors.
What led you to become a Doula?: My own birthing, and postpartum experience, as well as my experience that I have had assisting friends and family through their labor and postpartum. Also as someone who has over come postpartum depression, I see and know the importance of having someone by your side not only through the ups, but especially for the down times can be truly a blessing.
