Background & experience
My experience as a personal trainer & a massage therapist has helped shaped me in many ways as a birth professional. In the health & wellness industry, I’ve helped not only myself, but a number of women remain on a healthy & supported path. It is truly an amazing feeling to help so many people! My goal is to continue to grow & expand my knowledge in hopes that I can share with future families as they also are on a new path.
What led me to become a Doula
I’ve always been so admired by the human body & its beautiful design. The woman’s body & its ability to grow & birth a life has always been captivating to me. Experiencing childbirth on my own & being there for family & friends got me to realize that I could make more impactful connections. As a doula, my goal is to support families during their birthing process. I want to help you see the joy & empowerment this sacred moment brings all while encouraging a healthy labor & support system for your partner & family.
