What led me to become a Doula

I have always been drawn to working with children and families. Through my experiences as a baby sitter, an overnight camp counsellor, a teacher, an early childhood educator, and a mother, I have come to understand the deep importance of the family system. As a birth professional I am able to support the family system from the beginning to help foster a solid foundation on which the family can grow.
