Meet Our Doula

Background & experience

I bring both personal and professional experience to my work as a birth professional. I am a mother of three, which gives me a deep, lived understanding of the physical, emotional, and logistical realities of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

Professionally, I am a labor and postpartum doula, a ProDoula trainer, a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and a Child Passenger Safety Technician. I specialize in infant feeding support and provide evidence-based, compassionate care to families across a wide range of birth experiences. I support VBAC, unmedicated and medicated births, scheduled cesareans, and everything in between.

This combination of hands-on experience, advanced training, and a nonjudgmental, client-centered approach allows me to meet families where they are and support them with confidence, flexibility, and respect for their unique journey.

What led me to become a Doula

The birth of my first daughter and the challenges I experienced during the postpartum period sparked my interest in becoming a birth professional. Although I was familiar with postpartum mood disorders, I never expected to struggle the way I did—and navigating that experience unknowingly was incredibly impactful.

That experience shaped my commitment to ensuring no one feels alone or unsupported during birth or postpartum. I have a deep passion for caring for others and offering compassionate, informed support. My goal is for every family to experience birth and the postpartum period in a way that feels supported, healthy, and empowering.
