As an alumni student that has previously attended a ProDoula Training Workshop, I am being granted permission to retake, observe and participate in an additional training of the same kind.

I agree to the following:

• I will arrive on time and stay for the entire training on both day 1 and day 2.
• I understand that I will not be provided with any additional books or packets
  and should be prepared by bringing my original materials to the training I am
  attending. 
• I agree to fully participate in the training; engaging in discussion and being
  mindfully present at all times.
• I will refrain from answering questions meant for the trainer.
• I understand that if the trainer feels I am not mindful or respectful of these guidelines, it is their right to ask me to leave the training.
