This contract is for doulas seeking to establish a shared call relationship with or without a business partnership in place. Any two doulas seeking to share a call schedule for their clients will benefit tremendously from this contract. Insight and instruction on how a shared call schedule works most effectively is included.

This contract can be used as is or may be edited to reflect your particular circumstances. Have it reviewed by your attorney to be sure it suits the laws in your individual state.

The purchaser agrees and understands that the forms and templates purchased as part of the management services are the copyrighted property of ProDoula and shall not be shared by the purchaser with any other entities, partnerships, corporations without the consent of ProDoula.
