This addendum for virtual labor doula support is intended as an addition to your current contracts with clients. It outlines expectations for virtual doula support during the Covid- 19 pandemic. This contract can be used as is or edited to suit your particular circumstances. Have it reviewed by your attorney to be sure it suits the laws in your individual state.

The purchaser agrees and understands that the forms and templates purchased as part of the management services are the copyrighted property of ProDoula and shall not be shared by the purchaser with any other entities, partnerships, corporations without the consent of ProDoula.
