*You must be a ProDoula member in good standing and have completed your exam to receive a digital copy of your certificate, within the times frames noted below.

This is for a digital copy for the purpose of renewal, replacement or a first time certificate. Additionally, note: embossed copies (mailed) for the purpose of renewal can be ordered via the membership renewal process.

$10.00 Orders will be provided to you within 5 business days of your order.

$50.00 Expedited orders will be provided within 24 hours of your order for those who are renewing an established certification. *don’t count holidays** **Those who have not yet completed the membership, have lapsed, and/or just completing the exam process, NOTE this is a process and more time will be added under such circumstances**

NOTE: Certificates are processed for those who have successfully completed their exams prior to their order or for renewals within 5 business days. Those who are completing or have just completed their exam upon their order, the exam grading system is a process where we allocate 72 business hours to process the exams before moving on to provide certificates, which then can take up to 5 business days to process.
