Terms & conditions for products/trainings

All purchases are final. Pricing for services and products are subject to change. Price reductions or promotional offerings do not qualify for price adjustment on previously purchased services and products.

Training Terms: While very unlikely, ProDoula reserves the right to reschedule trainings. In the event that your training must be rescheduled, the ProDoula office will contact you prior to your anticipated start date. 

New dates for the training will be presented to you and you’ll have the option to either attend that training or transfer your registration (without fees) to another scheduled training on the ProDoula calendar. 

If your training is confirmed to hold and you are unable to attend due to life circumstances, you may choose a training scheduled for a more convenient date and transfer your current registration to that date for a transfer fee of $75.00. 

Please be advised that when necessary, ProDoula reserves the right to move an in-person training to a virtual platform. You must attend a training within 365 days of the missed training or you will forfeit all registration fees.

Due to the nature of creative services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Creative services require advance scheduling, strategic planning, research, and preparation before work is delivered. Once a service has been purchased, time and resources are immediately allocated to your project, and those resources cannot be recovered or reassigned.

All digital download purchases are final and non-refundable.

Because access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase, the product cannot be returned, exchanged, or revoked. As a result, no refunds, credits, or cancellations will be provided once a digital download has been purchased.
