I’m a birth and postpartum doula, agency owner, and educator based out of Birmingham, Alabama. My journey into birth work began in 2012, not long after the birth of my first son. My personal experience into parenthood rocked my world and changed me forever, and because of that experience I am passionate about supporting families and the professionals who serve them.

I love helping doulas grow in confidence and connection, whether they’re just beginning their path or expanding their skills through continuing education. As a trainer, I bring a heart for authenticity, community, and a commitment to helping doulas build careers that align with their values and real lives.
