Meet Your Doula Trainer

Jill McLean started her Doula career in 2019 and currently works as an agencyowner in Salem, Oregon. Jill loves supporting families as they navigate their new normal. Her background in working as an alcohol and drug counselor, personal trainer and through her own experiences have led her to support families with effective communication, compassion and kindness, without bias or judgement.

As a member of the ProDoula Training and Development Team Jill is excited to help new Doulas discover how theycan make a positive impact on the birthing world as well as uncover strengths and abilities that they never knew they had.

Jill currently lives in Salem, Oregon with her three children, Jack, Finn and Lily.
