Whitney Teel is a passionate and experienced birth professional who has been supporting families since 2013. As the founder of WCDoulas, she has built a thriving agency rooted in compassion, professionalism, and heart.

With certifications as an Elite Labor and Postpartum & Infant Care Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Whitney brings a calm, grounded presence and a deep understanding of what families need during this transformative time. Her leadership naturally extends to mentoring and training others in the field, helping new doulas and educators gain confidence and develop the skills needed to provide exceptional care.

Outside of her professional work, Whitney is a proud mom of five and has been married for over 20 years. Her home is full of life, with dogs, ducks, chickens, and tortoises adding to the mix. She loves playing softball, organizing, traveling with her family, and discovering delicious food along the way.

At the heart of everything she does, Whitney focuses on providing clear, evidence-based information that helps families and professionals feel confident in their own decisions. Her mission is to create opportunities for others to grow, raise the standard of care in her community, and ensure that every family has access to high-quality, inclusive, and compassionate support.
