In the event that the workshop you have registered for does not meet minimums and does not hold, you may choose to receive a refund (less the credit card services fees) or have ProDoula place a credit on your account. Once a workshop meets minimums and has been facilitated, the paid registration fee becomes non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a workshop that you have registered for that meets its minimum and is confirmed to hold, your registration may be transferred one-time only, for a $50.00 transfer fee, to a future in-person workshop, within a 365-day period. If you are unable to attend the training you opted to transfer into, all monies will be forfeited at that time. ProDoula reserves the right to make changes to the location (within reason) and/or the trainer in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
