Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I am a mother of six beautiful arrows and each of their birth stories is different, in essence giving me the compassion to honor the fears and joy of birthing a baby. I have a passion for birth, teaching and all things baby. I want all mommas to have a birth story that is their own
What led you to become a Doula?: I have always had a passion for babies and knew I wanted a big family. After having my first baby I knew I needed to find a way to help others have a positive birth experience, and a few babies later I discovered the job of a doula and knew someday I wanted to be just that. I love teaching and birth so I decided to take the leap to become a Childbirth Educator as well. I am excited to help share the knowledge of the birth process to as many mommas out there as I can.
What are some positive comments made about you by other people?:
People always tell me I am a great momma, and am kind and caring. I get compliments on my baking skills. I get told often that I handle myself with grace.
