Meet Your ProDoula
Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I am a trained Somatic Experiencing Practitioner to work with parents before and after birth to process any trauma; and, I have been trained by shamanic healers and indigenous birth keepers from around the world to bridge the gap between our modern view of birth and the ancient wisdom that still lives within us.
What led you to become a Doula?: I have always had an interest in birth. Some of my youngest memories are of me pretending my dolls and younger cousins were pregnant and holding their hands yelling "PUSH!". As I grew older, life had other plans in store for me but I found my way back and have been going further down the rabbit hole ever since.
