Meet Your ProDoula

Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I have fallen in love with supporting new moms and families. I am passionate about all things birth, breastfeeding, babywearing, and more. I found a lot of support in my parenting journey and I love to help others find their path, unique to each mother, father, and family.

What led you to become a Doula?: I want to support and empower mothers to have the best experience possible, whatever their goals are. Evidence based information can go a long way in supporting each of us for success. The postpartum time is an incredible time of transition. This transition is best supported by one who can attune to each family's individual needs. I am also honored to have the opportunity to be a labor doula. This is a beautiful time to establish your goals and find support in reaching those goals. It's a moment to dig deep and find within yourself a power you didn't know existed.
