I am Jodi Graves from Ann Arbor, Michigan. I mother two grown daughters and one spoiled Corgi. I have been a doula since 1999, when no one knew that a ‘doula’ was! I own a doula agency in SE Michigan and have always known that this work is my purpose, and my passion fuels me! It’s become vital that I help as many people as I can to not have the horrible birth and postpartum experiences that I had, by taking back their power throughknowledge and education. I love what I do both as a postpartum doula and as an educator. I can’t wait to see youin one of my Prodoula trainings!

Birth work naturally led me to the postpartum realm where I realized I wasn’t the only one who suffered after the birth of my babies, when I should have been full of joy and thriving. Families need postpartum support as much as they need birth support! One of the most vital areas I can be of service is helping people understand all of their options. This starts with all of the information surrounding infant feeding! You can find me training other educators how to bring the best evidence based, non-biased, most up-to-date data on feeding options–in a dynamic, fun classroom environment! In addition, my agency gives families all of the support and education they need to have a safe, healthy, happy start as soon as they arrive home with their new baby. We provide hands-on support and virtual guidance, too!
