Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: Certified Birth Doula, Pre-certified Childbirth Educator, Certified pediatric sleep consultant, had personal experience with a wide variety of birth options and I have 4 children of my own

What led you to become a Doula?: After experiencing the incredible support from my own doula with my second birth I knew this was something I was interested in pursing. Then after my third child I made the decision to go for it and took my first doula training! I've always enjoyed learning and teaching and after having such amazing experiences with my doula and births I knew just how impactful this work can be! Being seen, heard and supported during these transition times is so important, and that's what I want to bring to other Mamas.
