Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: Teacher for 17 years, custodian, extensive travel abroad, extensive study of culture
What led you to become a Doula?: I have always had a love of serving and helping people. After 17 years of teaching, I decided to help families in a different way. I also had a family member struggle with her birth experience. I have great passion for helping parents to create a positive birth experience for themselves.
