Meet Your ProDoula
Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I have had my own experiences of pregnancy with two hospital births and one homebirth. I am a mother to three daughters. I am a certified prenatal yoga instructor. I was an educator and served in the U.S. Army prior to becoming a doula.
What led you to become a Doula?: My latest daughter was birthed at home with an attendance of a doula. The journey of preparing for a birth that truly aligned with my desires sparked this deep interest in the idea of birth as well as surrounding other women with love and support.
