Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: My approach is holistic. I have taught private and public yoga internationally to many ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. I have a background in Pilates, pre & post - natal yoga and meditation. I offer guided meditation, dance, yoga, Ayurvedic practices and herbal remedies and my background in Psychology and Human Development in my services. Together, we navigate your remembering just how powerful your body truly is - to alchemize your birthing experience and beyond.
What led you to become a Doula?: I have always wanted to become a mother myself. I believe resilience of a person starts with attachment to mother. I am passionate about strengthening the nuclear family unit. I am passionate about supporting women and especially mothers through transitions.
