Meet Your ProDoula
Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I have had my CNA since I graduated high-school and then worked at Maine Medical Center as a CNA for a couple years while working towards my Bachelor's Degree. During this time I also got certified in Reiki levels I and II. While in high-school I competed for the state of Maine's SKILLS competition for medical terminology where I won gold and continued to compete nationally. My goal is to take all of the knowledge I have gained thus far and use it to give my clients the most compassionate care I can offer.
What led you to become a Doula?: I have had an interest in studying birthing and infant care since I was 12 years old. I feel helping someone into the world of motherhood is where my passion sits.
