Refund: ProDoula will provide a refund (less credit card services fees), in the event that the in-person Agency Owner Retreat cancels for any reason. Please allow up to 30 days. *Note: All transfers expire after 365 days.
Refund and Transfer Policies: If you are unable to attend the retreat that you have registered for and the registration is confirmed to hold, your registration may be transferred to consulting services, less a $1,000.00 ‘re-stock’ fee within a 365-day period. Any unused consulting services within the 365 day period will result in forfeiting all remaining funds.
